Default How to change refresh rate from command line

Hi,

Under XP SP2 with 175.19_geforce_winxp_32bit_english_whql installed is
there a way to change the refresh rate without a confirmation dialog box
?

Is it possible using a command line program ? (multires doesnt work with
my second monitor, a SHARP LC-46X20E).

TIA.

Thank you for your answer. But it seems it doesn't support multi display.
In the meantime, I've found Display Changer wich seems more powerfull.
