Default 9800GX2 faulty??

I think my MSI N9800GX2 card is faulty. On regular occasions the pc will
crash and Vista's problems and solutions is pointing at Video Hardware
error.
My card is 15 months old and carries a two year warranty but i know the
9800GX2 is no longer made.

I have bought a GTX295 to replace it and i am curious as to what card i will
receive as a warranty replacement for the 9800GX2 if another card of the
same is not available.
The GTX 295 is a Zotac device and carries a 5 year warranty.

I can't wait for the GTX295 to be delivered so i can install it and get
playing again.
