Did the thought that your 800W unit was faulty occur to you?
What in heaven's name are you running in that box that you need a 1200 watt
psu???

I have the same graphics card for a pc that i am in the process of building.
The PSU is a Cooler Power 850w Realpower M850.
I think this should be upto the job.
