Default K9N New V3 and dual slot video cards

Anyone have any luck connecting a SATA cable to the motherboard when you
have a dual slot video card in the PCI-E 16X slot? It looks like it would
block access to all the SATA connectors. I'm thinking of upgrading my old
6800GS card and the 8800's need two slots.
