Default Terminator P4 533 trouble

Hello everyone i need some big help.
I think i have a Terminator P4 motherboard but i am not sure.
I have just bought it from ebay and am trying to put a computer together but i can't seem to work out the case wires. I have found the manual but i have put it like it says but still not working
Can you tell me if the S/b SW is the same as ATX Power Switch on a computer case?

PDF Page 51. The front panel Power switch would go to PWR:ground pair.
The computer case switch would be momentary contact, normally open.

The CGAEX module looks like a dumb extender module, so it shouldn't be
needed to make the motherboard work.

Plug in the ATX12V and the main ATX power connector, connect your
power switch, and it should work.
