Default Need Advice - Gatway Motherboards

Hi. I'm new here. My motherboard recently went out, and i searched for a new one online, i found this.

GATEWAY 4000678 - MOTHERBOARD 370 Mainboard Intel i810 - (eBay.ca item 250068313153 end time 23-Apr-08 01:29:12 EDT)

I'm pretty sure it's the exact same one as my old one. Same part Make & Model. Looks the same too by apearance.

But then i also found this one.

Gateway Bryant Intel i810 P3 Motherboard 4000678 - eBay (item 330223666636 end time Apr-27-08 14:41:03 PDT)

So i'm wondering what is the difference in the two? My old one has a Intel Celeron in it. The second link i posted says its a P3. Does that mean it'll be shipped with a Pentium 3 in it? If not, can i put my Intel Celeron in it? Also will my Power Supply work with the second link motherboard?

My Power Supply is a "ASTEC ATX93-3405" Replacement.

Can be seen here -

Astec ATX90-3405 / ATX92-3405 / ATX93-3405 Compatible Power Supply

I bought it brand new because i thought that was the problem, but now i know it's my Motherboard. Hope somebody can help.

Thanks.
