Default K7s5a Bios Update Help !!!

Hello :
I have this problem.
I have ECS K7S5A Mother and I buy a Hitachi HD 160GB recently.
Now I detect that my BIOS do not support this HD capacity, do anybody know which BIOS version download and how do I make this update ???
and where do I have to download it from ? Thanks !!!

Be aware there are several versions of that board. You can
figure that out from here:

What operating system? I seem to remember you need Win2K SP4 or
WinXP SP2 or Linux to recognise large hard drives also.
