Word application hang

Dear Specialists,

one of my workers has a problem with word 2003, sp3. Often when she works
with Fritz!Fax Serienfax (it is a macro) the Word application hangs and the
pc must be rebootet. winword /r did not fix the problem, also repair
installation.

This ist the message out of the
Stillstehende Anwendung WINWORD.EXE, Version 11.0.8169.0, Stillstandmodul
hungapp, Version 0.0.0.0, Stillstandadresse 0x00000000.

Any ideas to solve the problem?
