Word 2003 Mail Merge toolbar record field displays only two digits

If you use the Word 2003 Mail Merge toolbar and merge a letter with a list of
records over 99 records, the Record field on the Mail Merge toolbar only
displays the first two digits. It will not display the third digit.

Me too. I suspect this happened when SP3 was released but since you can't
remove that service pack, what can you do?

Unfortunately, this same problem occurs using SP2.

Hard to believe that it wasn't fixed in SP3.
