Default Word 2003 Index and Concurrence file

Using Word 2003 with all latest updates...

I am creating an Index for a 30 page document, I and wish to do it with a
concurrence file. The help is clear, and it works fine for main entries
(I.e. Mars) and sub entries (I.e.Planets:Mars); however, using the
concurrence file, I don't see how to use the "See XXX" for indexing, such as
"Mars, See Planets". You can manually put fields in for all index
references, and the "See xxx" field would be { XE "Highlighting" \t "See
Selecting" }.

Is there any way to do the "See xxx" via the concurrence file?

Thanks
Bob
