Word 2003 & 2007

I had a trial word 2007 on my new computer. A pop up "licence agreement" came
up when using outlook then I had to "accept" to use outlook. I uninstalled
2007 and then installed my word 2003 but the pop up still happens. How do I
get rid of the licence agreement which I don't need or want as I own word
2003 and have given my licence code. Thanks.
