Word'07 file, print incomplete letters

The printer's testing okay, so it's either Word or the file itself. Pls help.

Start by making sure you have the latest available printer driver from
the manufacturers web site for your printer.

Brand-new printer and drivers. This only happens with a few Word documents,
not any other application. And it did it with the last printer.
Got any more clues to the problem?

Only a few? Then I would start looking at what is different about the
documents you are having trouble with. If there is an "Advanced printing
features" setting in Printing Preferences, try disabling that.
