WinXP + Office 2007 and handwriting recognition

Am working with an XP Pro SP2 with MS Office 2007 and want to use handwriting
recognition. Does anyone know if it is possible, and if so, how do I do to
manage.

MS removed the Handwriting and Dictation features from Office with the 2007 version, returning support for them (if any) to the
Windows team, mainly on Tablet PC versions of Windows XP in the case of the handwriting recognition, or through 3rd party products.
