Default Windows reboots when requesting Print of Visio Drawing

Hi:

My problem is that on some of my existing Visio drawings, when I select
Print, windows immediately restarts. My PC is not the only one that this
occurs.

My enviromment, Windows XP Prof SP2, Visio Professional 2003 with SP2
installed.

I need a suggestion as to how I can start to figure out how to fix this
problem.

Bill

Are the files particularly large? Can you pinpoint what the files have in
common?

What about trying an updated printer driver, or printing to a different
printer to troubleshoot?
