Default Why do I get the "need to close" message when I close PowerPoint?

I have Office 2007. PowerPoint works fine except that I get the message:
"Microsoft Office PowerPoint has encountered a problem and needs to close..."
EVERY time I close PowerPoint. This does not happen with Word, Outlook, and
Excel.I get the report that everyting is fine when I run Microsoft Office
Diagnostics!
