Where to download Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007 online
I bought the product key for this product a while back online and was able to
download a trial version of Ultimate to activate. Since then I have had to
reboot my laptop to factory settings and have lost Ultimate. I can't find a
link to download a trial version of Ultimate anymore and I think that the
product key is still registered to the old software even though it now
doesn't exist anymore!
Re: Where to download Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007 online
Oh dear, so you failed to backup the download file to external media, or
order the cd's, and I suspect you no longer have the receipt to prove
purchase. Which if you have you can order replacement media from MS.
The product key, if you still have it, is for installing / activating Office
its not a 'registration number'
Registration of any MS product is optional.
An expensive lesson looming, me thinks.

Ah, that would be a no I didn't back it up and didn't order the cd's either.
Luckily I do still have all the receipts from when I ordered it. I tried
downloading the trial version of the professional suite but the key has
already been activated the maximum number of times and hence doesn't work.
How do I set about ordering replacement media from MS?

Go into your Digital Locker where you first ordered it, and I think you
might be able to re-download...
Re: Where to download Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007 online
When I ordered it, it gave you a link to the MS Office website and advised
you to download the free trial of the Ultimate suite which is now no longer
available, just the Professional suite. The website which I ordered it from
doesn't have a digital locker unfortunately.

Re: Where to download Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007 online
I would use the phone activation. I don't know if that will let you activate
the Pro version as Ultimate, but it's worth a try. At the least, the
activation person should be able to give you the number to call at MS for
installation support (which is free, I believe).
