Where can I find a template for an advertising placemat?

I'm looking for a free template to create a placemat used for advertising
purposes in restaurants.

I've never seen templates but I've seen the placemats. I'd suggest visiting
some of the local restaurants and pick up a few to use as a basis. Please
tell me you're going to use Publisher for this task.
