Default web viewer add text

I am trying to present an exercise on my company's website. I generally do
my composing in Word. The format it need for the exercise is: Some text
from me, then on a new page/screen I want viewers to enter text, then in a
new page/screen go to more text from me.

It's like an essay test which is not graded--the viewer's answer is just
followed by seeing a "suggested" answer. (I have no LMS and do not want any
scoring, grading, etc. )

Currently my material is in the form of a powerpoint presentation, but I am
beginning to think it should just be in a linked word document. Can you
suggest to me how I can make this work? I surely would appreciate it!

THank you.
