Default Vista and Office 2003

I have Office 2003 and was going to install it on my computer with Vista. I
heard (not from a reliable source) that the two aren't very compatible. Is
this true?

Microsoft Office 2000 and Office XP not so much, Carey. Lots of problems with Outlook in both suites.
