Default User information + Office 2003

When I login to MS word for the first time the user information is always
setup to the username (i.e. jsmith). Is there anyway that I can modify this
behaviour, so when the user is login for the first time, the user information
is setup to the user’s full name (i.e. John Smith instead of jsmith).

I have to make this change to a number of PCs. I've checked the group policy
adm for office 2003 and found that there is no specific key to fix set the
user information to the users full name. I've also looked at the office
resource kit and it also does not provide the capabilities to set the user
information to be the users full name.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
