Use of control (Ctrl) key to maximise a window across two monitors
Until recently I was able to maximise windows for Office applications across
two display monitors by keeping the Ctrl key pressed while either clicking on
the maximise button of the window or by double clicking on the title bar of
the window.
I am now not able to do this and currently the window is only maximised in
one display monitor. I think this has been happening since a recent Windows
update was run automatically on my PC. I have not changed my display
properties or changed the setting on my graphics card recently.
I am using Window Vista Home Premium and Window Office 2007.
Can someone please tell me how to get back to my original ability to use the
Ctrl key to maximise the window across both display monitors? A brief
explanation of why the change has occurred would also be appreciated. Thanks

Review the "hotkey" setting in your Video card software.
