I use Outlook 2003 for email and when I open an email and click on an URL
link, I get inundated with IE browsing windows. I'm using IE6.
Anybody know what the heck is happening? This has been going on for a long
time and I have no clue what may have precipitated this event.
That's weird. Do the multiple windows all open to the page the link is
pointing to or do they open to random "spam-type" undesirable sites? I'm
wondering if the PC is infected with a virus or some other flavor of
malware. Is that the only odd behaviour or are you experiencing other
symptoms? Try going through the usual anti-virus, anti-malware "firedrills"
to see if it goes away.
