upgrading to 2007 outlook with business contact manager

I have microsoft 2003 professional and I like it, but I cannot get the
business contact manager to link up with outlook (no matter what upgrades I
download)because I am running Vista.

My question is: Can I upgrade to 2007 outlook express with business contact
manager with out having to upgrade the rest of my office 2003? I like 2003
version better.
