Default upgrade of office 2000 retail verson

1) if i buy an upgrade for the office 2000 premium, the office 2007
profesional, can
i install it on both my desktop and my laptop? somebody mentions something
about portability rights. Are there some special conditions?
2)in the premium pack i have frontpage and photodraw. How can i upgrade
these components?are there the same portability rights?
