Uninstall office 2003

I have purchased the ASUSEeerc this is a very small laptop only 2gb. So I
only require the minimum of files as I use this mainly for Internet and
excell and word access. However I have found that I need mre files then I
have put on it. I have tried re running set up it show a window Installer
Service could not be accessed, due to being in safe mode of windows installer
not being installed correctly. So I have tried to remove it The window
error deleting file or folder says MSCHEV.DLL access is denied. I cannot
find an uninstall on the software can anyone help me please
