Unicode 3.2 or higher fonts

I'm currently running XP pro SP2. I would like to upgrade the installed Arial
fonts to include Unicode 3.2 or higher characters. I'm particularly
interested in the mathematical operators U+226E and U+226F.
1. Do Microsoft provide fonts with Unicode character sets v 3.2 and later?
2. If so is it possible to download and upgrade the relevant font?
3. If not does any-one have any idea where such a font (arial or similar)
could be obtained from?
