type text in a picture, placing the text in side ward position

I would like to know how do I type in a text of a drawing? How do I put that
same text going in a side ward position?

Use a photo editor.

Depends on whether you mean a Picture, or a drawing. You can put text
boxes in "drawings", but you must use an image editor for pictures.
