Default Tutorials for How to use windows (mouse - radio buttons etc.)?

Believe it or not there are still people who have no idea how to move about
in windows, resize windows, click and double click a mouse etc. Old versions
of windows had a great tutorial that users could use. Does anyone know how
to get that or of any other free tutorial available for New computer users,
or those moving from old green screen dos programs to windows based
enterprise systems? HELP

Not something you would find in Office. Try clicking Windows "Start",
"Help and support", look up Windows Tour, and click "Take the Windows XP
Tour".

In Windows Vista, open Help and Support and in the Search box
type: MOUSE and press the enter key. Then click on the topic
titled "Using your mouse".
