Default Transferring settings for quick access toolbar for Office 2007

How do I save my customized settings for the quick access toolbar in Office
2007?
How do I transfer the customized toolbars for the various Office
applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excell) to another PC?

You can find those customizations as a *.qat file on your
C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office, copy the *.qat file from
there and transfer it to the same folder on another computer.
