TIF document printing error

TIF document printing error

MS Office Document Imaging will intermittently give me an error message
(generic, not a specific reason) and then close when I attempt to print a TIF
document on my screen. Any idea what's happening or if there is an update
I'm missing?

I'm running XP Pro (ver. 5.1, build 2600 + SP2), and MS Office Document
Imaging version 11.0.8166.2
