Is there a routing slip add-in for 2007?

My institution uses the routing slip feature in Office 2003. Before we
upgrade to Office 2007 we must have a solution on how to route documents in
Office 2007. Is there a routing slip add-in for Office 2007? If not, any
other ideas?
