Default Is there a moderator?

I've twice attempted to post a question as a new message and it's not showing
up.
What's up?

Five times now altogether. Four times in the last two hours. It is
poor netiquette to multipost. Yammering the same question separately,
repeatedly, redundantly, and incessantly is more likely to get you
ignored than answered. No, there is no moderator, but keep it up and
hopefully you will get what you deserve.

Garfy!

How is it that you’re bean counting my posts?

Are you the one that’s blocking my search for an answer?

Garfy…. Why won’t you help me? I’m so desperate and you’re so cruel.

Garfy… why?

If you view messages in outlook or windows mail you WILL see that they are
NOT being blocked.
