Is there a free program to email blast or is it a fee program?

I am in need to send out a number of emails and would like more info on email
blast. Does this program cost money or can you download free and use free of
charge?

There is nothing that is part of Microsoft Office called "email blast". My
guess is that it's a 3rd party application of some kind -- try doing a
search in Google.

Check with your ISP first. Most have restrictions on the number submitted to
their servers.
