Default Text in a Word doc that will auto copy to another part of that doc

Ok, I know there is a way to do this. I think it has something to do with
FIELDS. I would like to have a text in one part of a word document copied or
transferred to another part of that same document without me having to do
more steps (for example, right now I am just copying and pasteing the same
verbage). HELP???
