I am trying to fing out if it is possible to switch my Microsoft Office
Outlook emails to another computer. Two of us work at a business but need to
change desks. We unfortunately can not physcically switch our computers but
we need to get to our emails.
Is there a way to log onto my email on her computer (and vice versa) and be
able to view all of our emails? We really need to switch!
Is this possible and if so how do we go about it???
Re: Switching Emails to Another Computer in Office
Save your pst files and install them on the other machine and vica versa and by switching the mail set up on both to reflect the same as before.

Use your Windows logon to get to your profile for everything, including email.

Re: Switching Emails to Another Computer in Office
You would also need some method of synching the data between the two PC's,
otherwise what shows on one will not show on the other
