Swflash.ocx -- where do I put it to get tutorials to run?

I installed Office Small Business Edition 2003, because I could not get
tutorials in Office Professional Edition 2003. I still can't get them in
Word, Excel, etc. It says I need the above file. I found it in Service Pack
and put a copy in OFFICE 11 folder. Do I have to put it in another folder or
what?
