Default Support FAQ List

Office 2003 has many features, and also many places where it can go wrong.

I'm currently looking to create an FAQ list on Sharepoint to allow users
quick access to some simple solutions for various problems with applications.
Only problem is how do I find FAQs to populate it?

Does anyone know any websites or anything where I can get a rough idea of
what to put in the list and how many?

Thanks.

Sorry, should have been more specific...

I was looking for a list of MS Office 2003 application FAQs, since
Sharepoint will be getting looked after by other means.

Thank.

What kinds of questions are you getting? And are they covered in Help
already?
