Default sufficient permissions

I just installed Office Professional on my home computer. Clicking around, I
found a repair/diagnostics feature in Word and PP (I'm sure it's in the
others). I clicked it (not that there is anything wrong yet) it it said that
I do not have 'sufficient permissions' to use this program.

It's just me at home, self-employed, working from home. Who is more
important than I am - that I need permissions from someone else? How do I
change this so I can run this program if things start to screw up?
