Default stick keys and filter keys

help!!

i accidentaly pressed SHIFT a few times then STICK KEYS TURNED ON then we
selected something under Filter Keys and now i can' t us the keyboard AT ALL!!

i am in excel and the cell that i was on is now the anchor and when i press
anywhere on the worksheet it highlights from that point to the anchor point.

i would appreciate any suggestions!

In Windows, click on Start | Control Panel | Accessibility Options |
Keyboard tab | uncheck the "Use FilterKeys" and "Use StickyKeys" boxes | OK.
