Status .msi

I'm running Office Pro Plus 2007 and whenever I start any Office program or
open my printer my computer tries to install a Status .msi program, but it
can't find the correct tools. What is this and how can I get rid of it?

You are using a VL version of Office. Contact the IT department from where you
procured your Office Pro Plus 2007 or contact Microsoft.
Have all the necessary documentation on hand because you will be asked for it. If it
is a Pirated version that you posses then you are on your own. Otherwise see the
