Start Menu problem

Since the update KB925902 Some people have problem with Program shortcuts in
the start menu of VISTA as you can read here:

This update causes problem with shortcuts that are using Windows Installer
like all microsoft program.
From my start menu if I use the search box and I type Word 2007, any office
program, Microsoft Street and Trips, Web Expresion, etc... The program
doesn't start. The problem also occurs with the device manager, you can't
open it from the "system properties"

Please release an update

Nobody answer ?
Lots of people have this problem with "alias" shortcuts in VISTA like MS
Apps and System shortcuts like "Device Manger".

That's very annoying

Perhaps you will find an answer in the Vista groups? This is the Office
applications group.
