"start inking" stopped workng on Word & Powerpoint (ok in 1note)

since some time, the inking tool has stopped working on Word and Powerpoint
(Office 2007) on my Fujitsu Tablet running on Vista. But its okay on Onenote.
How can i cure this problem?
