Default someone suggested that I use binding! haven't got a clue help!

I have been told that it helps organise things I have to say that I really do
not understand what it's all about.

Binder was last seen in Office 2000. Ask the person who suggested it,
for current info.

Office Binder is a program that hasn't been around for several Office
versions. I suggest you look into OneNote 2007 for organizing things.
