Default Signatures not showing up in Outlook when sent to user

Folks,

I have followed the "How-to" document in Office online
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...6001033&CTT=42

The problem we are seeing is the logo is stripped out when it is sent to
different companies.....

The text is there - no logo.

Please help!

If your logo is a jpg format, then your or their security settings may be
stripping it out, as jpg files can cause security concerns.

Mezzodiva,

Thanks.

I it looks like if I convert it to a .tif or .bmp it makes it through on the
..tif

..BMP I get the "picture" metafile - the text make is through.....

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Can it be hard coded into the message?
