Not really. Each app has a somewhat different approach to defining a default style/font choice. You can deploy templates with
default styles set but there isn't a registry setting for all of the apps to pick a particular font.

I found a way to do this by changing the normal.dot then create a script to
target all users profile. I don't know if this the proper way to do it by it
does the trick.
