Default Setting paste options after the fact

I'm using Word 2007 on XP SP2. I've been cutting and pasting some text
and setting the paste options to "match destination formatting". I
didn't do this on a couple pastes near the beginning of my doc, and
want to go back and set that. Problem is, I don't know how. That
little paste options box is only there when you first paste the text
in. Any ideas?

TIA,

Ian
