sending e-mail remove "introduction "

The e-mail default template in word 2003 has a box & title, "introduction"
would like to remove/togle off this feature.

If you search for and rename email.dot, an empty template will be created on
next use
Located I believe in \Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office11\1033\........by default
