Default In School, Office 2003 activation (using Exchange Svr)

I got an Evaluation Kit for Exchange Server 2003 through MS a couple years
ago (includes Svr 2003). I am currently in class for Exchange and using this
eval kit.

Included in the kit was Office Pro 2003 trial. In order to follow along with
the textbook exercises (Sybex), I need to activate Office because many
features in Outlook are not available. My concern is if I have to reformat
the machine (doing this every 14-days to avoid having to run into activation
issues - hey, this is for educational purposes!), will I be able to activate
this multiple times without running into any problems? As stated, I only want
to learn how to use these software, I want to avoid having to call MS every
14 days to activate Office when I reinstall Windows Server.

The trial period is for a set time and cannot be extended.
In order to activate an installation of Office 2003, you'll
need to purchase an actual license for it.
