Default Save settings not in Tools option of Office 2007!

I'm trying to save my Office settings to transfer to a new computer but the
Save Settings option is not available in the Tools section of MS Office. Any
ideas on how to make this option available please? Any help would be
appreciated.

Have you tried the "Press F1" technique?

Yes to no avail, have also tried to find help on MS web site but nothing that
relates to Office 2007, only 2003. Have no problem with Outlook, it's just
the settings for Word, Excel (and Publisher with my version) I can't seem to
save.

I only have 2003, but it looks like that "feature" was "transferred" to
the Vista operating system for Office 2007.
