Default Ruler

I am able to change the Measurement types from Metric to Imperial (mm
to in.) in Word 2007 but cannot find a place to change the
measurements in either Excel or PowerPoint. Any suggestions?

Default Re: Ruler

In Excel 2007, click on Office Button | Excel Options | Advanced |
scroll down to the "Display" group and select the preferred unit of
measure in the "Ruler units" dropdown | OK.

Powerpoint 2007 uses the Windows setting for measurement units, so click
on Start | Control Panel | Regional and Language Options | Regional
Options tab | Customize | Numbers tab | Measurement system: US | OK.
